Susan is experienced with observation, design, construction and repair of homes of all ages. Susan’s experience with older home repair and restoration earned her the Mayor’s Design Award – The Past is Present 2011.She understands damage and modifications made to homes and how to fix the issues as inexpensively as possible.Susan knows a properly constructed CPM schedule is a critical tool in obtaining a timely and profitable project outcome. Her knowledge and experience make her a valuable resource from the design phase to the completion of construction.
Her experience working with designers during the pre-construction phase assists in the creation of a design that minimizes the time and cost of construction.
